Must have proven hands-on experience with cold email prospecting, including identifying target companies and ideal customer profiles from scratch and generating qualified meetings/opportunities without relying on inbound leads or an existing customer database
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales and client’s targets in Programmatic and Standard Display advertising
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services and client management
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities

Fluency in English – both written and spoken
At least 3 years of proven B2B outbound sales/business development experience, with a strong focus on cold prospecting and new customer acquisition
Hands-on experience with email-based prospecting and outbound lead generation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of online advertising industry/Programmatic & Standard Display advertising will be considered as an advantage
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
