We value extreme ownership, clear communication, a strong sense of craftsmanship, and the desire to create lasting work and work relationships. Yes, you can build an exciting business AND have real-life real-customer impact.

About the Role

Kikoff is looking for a Marketing & Creative Operations Manager to help our creative team deliver more impactful work through better resourcing, workflow improvements, and automation.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand & Creative, you’ll own day-to-day creative operations across our internal team, agencies, and freelancers. You’ll build on an established operating process, identifying opportunities to increase output, reduce manual coordination, and make better use of our creative resources.

An early priority will be leading our transition away from Jira, translating established workflows into a new platform. You’ll also identify opportunities to improve connectivity with Growth, streamlining asset delivery and the flow of performance feedback into creative development.

You’re a hands-on operator who understands creative work, makes thoughtful resource decisions, and knows how to improve processes without adding unnecessary complexity.

What you’ll do

Creative resourcing and delivery

  • Own resource allocation and capacity planning across internal creatives, agencies, and freelancers, matching assignments to skills, availability, and business priorities.
  • Partner with creative leaders to prioritize work, resolve resource conflicts, and identify opportunities to increase creative volume within existing capacity.
  • Manage intake, assignments, timelines, and dependencies across video, design, copy, and creator content.
  • Keep projects moving through feedback and approvals, coordinating with creative stakeholders, Legal, and Compliance as review requirements evolve.
  • Maintain visibility into workloads, project status, and delivery risks, resolving blockers and bringing clear recommendations when tradeoffs are needed.
  • Manage external creative resources, tracking capacity, deliverables, and costs to inform resourcing decisions.

Process improvement and automation

  • Evaluate existing workflows and identify targeted improvements that reduce friction, shorten turnaround times, and improve resource utilization.
  • Lead the transition from Jira, translating our established intake, tracking, and review workflows into a new platform while identifying opportunities to simplify and automate.
  • Identify and implement automation and AI tools that reduce repetitive coordination, status updates, review routing, and reporting.
  • Improve how we track creative volume, turnaround times, review cycles, and capacity, using operational data to guide decisions and measure progress.
  • Maintain clear documentation and practical working standards, ensuring tools and processes remain useful as the team’s needs change.

Cross-functional connectivity

  • Partner with Growth to improve asset handoffs and performance feedback workflows, helping creative teams access and apply learnings more efficiently.
  • Explore opportunities to automate asset delivery, uploads, and connections between creative workflow tools and marketing systems.
  • Apply successful workflow improvements to adjacent marketing processes as needs and opportunities emerge.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, or creative program management within an in-house team or agency.
