### About the Role

We are looking for proactive and tech-savvy Field Operations Executives to support on-ground operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter with strong communication and influencing skills, comfortable with fieldwork, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 0–2 years

Open Positions: 50

CTC: 30,000 per month + incentives

Work Mode: Bangalore (Work from Office & Site \| 6 days a week)

### Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage on-ground field operations across assigned locations.
- Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of activities.
- Collect, validate, and maintain accurate field data and operational records.
- Use digital tools and applications to track tasks, update reports, and monitor progress.
- Identify and resolve on-ground operational challenges.
- Ensure adherence to operational guidelines and timelines.
### Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in field operations, field sales, or a related role. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Go-getter attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of data and comfort working with digital tools and technology.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
- Ability to work from the office and field, 6 days a week, in Bangalore.
### Good to Have

- Experience working with Physical AI companies or in technology-driven field operations.
