Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Development Chemist to join our dynamic team. As a Product Development Chemist, you will play a crucial role in formulating and developing new products, conducting research, and ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Conduct research and experiments to develop new products and improve existing ones.

Formulate products based on project requirements and industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Production to bring products from concept to commercialization.

Perform quality control tests to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to product development.

Document all research, experiments, and findings accurately and maintain detailed records.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product development processes.

Salary: 80000 euros per year.

Requirements

Job requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development within the chemical industry

Strong knowledge of chemical processes and formulations

Experience with laboratory equipment and procedures

Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety protocols
