We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Risk Management Department and help ensure effective risk management across our trading activities.

### Core Responsibilities

Monitor trading activity and ensure it follows risk limits and internal policies.

Manage tickets and make sure they are resolved on time.

Create and maintain operational documentation, including instructions, SOPs, and checklists.

Handle operational issues and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams.

Identify unusual or high-risk situations and escalate them when needed.

Share risk-related updates with traders, broker management, and operations teams.

### Requirements

### Skills & Qualifications

Background in operational or technical support.

Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and operational issue resolution.

Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation and instructions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

English: B1+

Ukrainian: Working proficiency.

Basic knowledge of trading is a strong plus.
