Together with our World-Class Team, you will play an empowering role in delivering systems for one of Romania's most significant defense procurement programs, with drone assembly taking place entirely in Romania under the European SAFE initiative. The Romanian production site will not only support local defense programs but will also contribute to fulfilling customer orders across Europe and support the delivery of mission-critical systems for Ukraine, reinforcing Quantum Systems' commitment to strengthening European security and defense capabilities. As part of this strategic investment, Quantum Systems is rapidly expanding its presence in Romania and plans to hire up to 50 employees in 2026 and up to 150 employees in 2027. Your mission will be to assemble, test, and support the production of mission-critical systems while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence. ### What is your Day to Day Mission Manage management accounting for projects and service activities. Prepare budgets and forecasts across projects and products. Monitor actual costs, commitments, and budget balances. Perform budget vs. actual analysis and explain key variances. Allocate costs across projects and ensure their accurate accounting.
