### About this role

Member of Technical Staff with 3-5 years (startup) or 5-8 years (big tech) experience to build AI agents that power finance workflows for hundreds of enterprise customers. Join a small, flat team of ~12 working directly with the founders and co-lead of engineering, owning problems end-to-end from user discovery to production deployment.

### What will you be doing?

Build AI agents and agentic systems using LangChain, LangGraph and Python for enterprise finance use cases

Design and maintain backend systems: database modeling, API endpoints, data storage (Postgres, DynamoDB, Redis)

Own product areas end-to-end, engaging with designers, GTM and customers to understand problems and ship solutions

Build evaluation sets, tracing and observability for AI agent performance

Integrate with enterprise data sources (ERPs, banks, billing systems) and orchestrate backend/AI services via Temporal
