Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

Creative Clicks

Location: Amsterdam

Work model: Hybrid

About Creative Clicks

Creative Clicks is a global performance marketing company operating in 65+ countries, building and scaling digital subscription products across mobile, e-commerce, health & lifestyle, and AI-driven advertising. With 200+ colleagues from 25+ nationalities, we're a fast-moving, international, and data-driven environment where ownership and speed matter.

### About the role

As we continue to develop our digital platforms and expand our reach, we're looking for a hands-on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist who knows how to turn data, user behavior, and experimentation into measurable improvements.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the details: analyzing user journeys, testing new ideas, optimizing landing pages, and finding smarter ways to improve conversion rates.

We're not looking for someone who only develops strategies or manages external agencies. We want someone who enjoys executing, experimenting, and seeing the direct impact of their work.

### What you'll do

Optimize the customer journey: Analyze and improve conversion funnels, from landing pages and initial engagement to registration, onboarding, and subscription conversion.

Run experiments: Plan, build, launch, and evaluate A/B tests across landing pages, website content, forms, calls to action, and user flows.

Improve landing page performance: Work hands-on to identify friction points, implement improvements, and increase conversion rates across devices.

Turn data into action: Use analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and performance data to understand user behavior and identify opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams: Work closely with performance marketers, designers, and developers to improve the experience of users arriving through paid and organic channels.

Monitor performance: Track metrics such as conversion rate, funnel completion, cost per acquisition, and subscription conversion, translating findings into actionable improvements.

Keep experimenting: Continuously explore new ideas, tools, and approaches to improve performance while maintaining a smooth and trustworthy user experience.

Leverage AI in your workflow: Use AI tools (including Claude) to accelerate landing page creation, generate copy variations, and speed up experimentation cycles from briefing to live test faster than traditional workflows allow.

### What you bring

Approximately 2-4 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar hands-on role

Practical experience optimizing landing pages, websites, and digital conversion funnels

Experience setting up, running, and analyzing A/B tests

Confidence working with web analytics and user behavior tools, such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, VWO, or similar platforms

Understanding of digital acquisition channels and how paid traffic translates into conversions

A good eye for UX, landing page design, and persuasive but clear communication

Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset

The ability to take ownership of experiments, from identifying an opportunity to implementing a solution and evaluating the results

Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues

Professional proficiency in English

Comfort using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) as part of your day-to-day workflow whether for drafting landing page copy, generating test hypotheses, or speeding up creative iterations.

### Nice to have

Experience in digital health, wellness, subscription-based businesses, or direct-to-consumer platforms

Experience with landing page builders, CMS platforms, or no-code experimentation tools

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

Experience improving mobile-first onboarding or subscription funnels

Familiarity with privacy-conscious analytics and experimentation

### What makes this role interesting

Real ownership: Your ideas won't disappear into lengthy approval processes. You'll have the opportunity to test, improve, and contribute directly.

A product with purpose: Work on digital experiences that help people access personalized health and wellness services.

Room to experiment: Join a team that values curiosity, practical solutions, and continuous improvement.

Cross-functional exposure: Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and technology teams.

A growing environment: Be part of a company where your contributions can make a visible difference.

### What We Offer

Hybrid working at Amsterdam HQ

25 vacation days

Mission-driven team shaping the future of healthcare

Culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration

How to apply

If you enjoy understanding why people convert, spotting opportunities others miss, and making websites and funnels perform better, we'd love to hear from you. Show us what you've tested, what you've improved, and what you've learned along the way.
