Norrin is an AI integrator, enabling end-to-end Enterprise AI and data solutions that turn ambition into production and drive real productivity gains. We co-create the solutions, infrastructure, and adoption that make it stick. What brings us together is deep technical expertise, a creative engineering mindset, and a people-first culture. Norrin has strong roots in Finland while operating internationally across the Nordics, the United States, and APAC. Our presence across the Nordics has continued strengthening with BizOne recently joining the Norrin Group.

We’re looking for a Data Engineer to join our growing team in Stockholm. You might be a data enthusiast with a couple of years under your belt or already a more seasoned professional. What matters most to us is your willingness to keep learning, take ownership, and work on solutions that create clear business value.

In this role, you will work on a variety of cloud-based customer projects, designing and building modern data platforms and analytics solutions using Azure Data Platform services, Databricks, and AI-enabled tools. Your work may include data modelling, integrations, and architectural design, always in close collaboration with customers and internal experts. You will also be part of Norrin’s Data Engineering Guild, a community where knowledge is shared, skills are developed together, and people actively support each other’s growth.

### What we’re looking for

2-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in analytics solution development

Experience building Databricks and/or Fabric-based solutions in an Azure environment

Understanding of data warehousing, data modelling, and integrations

Good collaboration skills and a customer-oriented mindset

Curiosity and initiative to keep learning new things and stay up to date

Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly, also to non-technical stakeholders

Fluency in Swedish and English

Strong skills in SQL and Python/PySpark

Experience building data pipelines using Databricks, dbt, Microsoft Fabric or similar

Solid understanding of data security and privacy principles

Experience with dimensional modelling

Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles

### Nice to have

Experience with Power BI and automated reporting

Experience with GenAI or machine learning, including MLOps

Understanding and/or experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
