## Description (the employer's text)

### Build parts that end up in space

Do you want to be working on the frontline of composites engineering? Working with high-tech materials for a range of aerospace applications? Somewhere in the sky above us, satellites, planes or drones are flying over Earth consisting of parts that were made by hand, at our production facility in the Hague.

That's what you'll be doing at Airborne: building high-end composite parts for the aerospace industry.

You don't need to be a rocket scientist. If you have experience in manufacturing, you like working with your hands and you get a kick out of doing things exactly right, we'll teach you the rest.

### What you'll do

After a thorough training period, you'll make products from fiber-reinforced plastics, super-strong materials used in aircraft and spacecraft. This includes:

Producing composite parts according to planning

Building molds and other tooling

Checking and guaranteeing the quality of your own work

Working according to strict aerospace procedures (in this industry, "close enough" doesn't exist)

Keeping the workplace safe, healthy and clean

Spot inefficiencies in the production process and discuss them with Team leaders

You report to one of the Team Leaders or Foremen in Production and work closely with your colleagues on the floor. In addition, you’ll be working with Quality and Engineering department, so you'll see how a part goes from drawing to finished product.

### Requirements

### What we offer

A gross monthly salary of €2.750

8% Holiday allowance

32 days of annual leave

Pension plan

Training, learning on the job and coaching, so you keep growing

Company clothing and PBM’s

Attention for your health and well-being, with support to help you stay fit and feel good

### What you can expect from the application process

After you send us your CV, we will get back to you within 5 working days. This will be followed by a short telephone screening to discuss practical details.

If we both feel positive about the conversation, we will invite you for a tour of our factory as an introduction to your potential workplace. We’ll take you through all areas of the company and show you where “the magic” happens.

After the tour, you’ll have an interview with the Team Leader.

If we’re all positive about the next steps, we’ll make you an offer and hope to welcome you to the Airborne family as soon as possible!
