The Operations team’s role is to build and improve our processes in order to offer a seamless customer experience. Our goal is to build the most efficient, highest-quality and safest operation at scale, so we can refurbish over 1 million E-bikes in the next 4 years!

### Responsibilities

- Analyze, improve and take ownership of key parts of our operational flow, so that our operations get better every day
- Go deep into our data to find optimization opportunities
- Design and implement processes to optimize customer experience and financial efficiency
- Set up tools and dashboards to get an accurate view on operations and ensure data cleanliness
- Manage and train Warehouse Technicians on the floor to ensure quality and speed of execution
- Work closely with the rest of the company (Tech, Finance, Marketing) to support fast growth and expansion

- Proficiency in German and English
