Responsibilities:

- Offer rates to customers according to sales quotations or quoting guidelines
- Coordinate with overseas offices/agents regarding ocean freight rates, follow up shipment status etc.
- Provide timely responses to both external and internal email
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to solve unexpected problems that may occur
- Provide help and advice to customers using the organization's services or superior's advice
- Other duties as required by management
### Responsibilities

- Only candidates with permanent work rights with no restrictions will be considered
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Experience in freight forwarding business or related fields will be advantage
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in written English
- Service mind with good interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, online meetings, or face to face
- Good attitude and positive thinking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Candidate who can start immediately will be preferred
