Victoria House is a specialist neurological rehabilitation service in Hampshire, supporting adults with acquired brain injury and a range of neurological conditions including stroke, Parkinson's disease and brain tumours. Individuals can be admitted directly from acute hospital settings for intensive rehabilitation, as well as at later stages of their rehabilitation journey.

Our flexible rehabilitation pathway enables the intensity and focus of rehabilitation to adapt as an individual's needs change, supporting progression from active rehabilitation through increasing independence and, where appropriate, successful transition back into the community.
