## Description (the employer's text)

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will strengthen our go-to-market execution by creating high-impact sales enablement across our multi-product SaaS portfolio (20+ solutions), turning solution expertise into field-ready messaging, assets, and e-learnings that increase win rates - and you will build an AI-first enablement engine that scales certification without adding manual review overhead.

You will work closely with Solution Engineers, subject matter experts, and designers to ensure our enablement content is consistent, compelling, and used in real customer interactions. In addition, you will establish a pragmatic win/loss feedback loop - translating deal learnings into continuous improvements to enablement and internal certifications.

### Responsibilities

- Build an AI-first enablement & certification model: use AI to enable, assess, and certify Account Executives and Business Development reps at scale, reducing the need for manual certification review by Presales/SEs.

- Design and manage internal certifications (levels, assessments, recertification cadence) to improve Account Executives execution - especially in deals without Solution Engineers’ involvement.

- Translate solution expertise into field-ready messaging and assets (talk tracks, discovery guidance, objection handling, competitive positioning) with Solution Engineering and Design.

- Run a win/loss insights loop and convert learnings into updates for our messaging, enablement, and certifications.

- Build scalable Sales Enablement content (onboarding + continuous learning) that is practical, adopted, and measurable.

- Continuously innovate: keep evolving our enablement and certification processes with new formats and tools, and design them to be genuinely engaging - driving high voluntary participation from Sales.

### Skills

3 to 5 years in sales or GTM enablement, ideally in a start-up, scale-up, or consulting environment where you built the function rather than inherited it.

- Proven experience in Sales/Revenue Enablement in a B2B environment (ideally multi-product SaaS).

- Track record creating best-in-class learning/enablement assets (SCORM) and learning programs that drive adoption and behavior change.

- AI-first mindset: experience using AI tools to scale enablement and certification (e.g., AI-supported assessments, content generation, coaching), reducing reliance on manual review.

• Consulting mindset and experience, combined with prior software/SaaS industry background.

Curious and innovative mindset, always looking to modernize and improve enablement and certification processes.

- A knack for making enablement and certification engaging and even fun, to drive strong participation and completion rates across the Sales organization.

• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills with Presales/SMEs; ability to simplify complex topics into buyer-relevant narratives.

- Comfortable working with feedback and data (usage, completion, qualitative win/loss insights) to drive continuous improvement.

- English fluent; German, Spanish, or Dutch a plus.

### Benefits

- A purpose-driven mission tackling complex sustainability challenges while working alongside global industry pioneers at a fast-growing unicorn company
- Room for creativity through collaborative teamwork and an open communication culture
- Flexibility and team bonding with our hybrid work options
- Sustainable mobility options, promoting eco-friendly commuting solutions
- Fun team events and outings with our global teams
- An inspiring working environment in our located offices.
