Schedule: Temporary role \| Full-time, 40 hours a week \| Monday - Friday \| 2:30pm-11:00pm

Department: EVS \| Porter Hills Village \| Grand Rapids, MI

What You’ll Do:

The Maintenance Technician will assist in maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

### Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc.
- Conduct cleaning and upkeep of HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and other infrastructure.
- Coordinates daily Maintenance services with department involved when performing routine assignments
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner.

### Skills

- 4 years of experience in a maintenance position, required.
- Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, air conditioning, pneumatic building ventilation controls, as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, required.
- Computer experience, required.
- High school diploma.
- Valid unrestricted state of Michigan driver's license, required.
