## Description (the employer's text)

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-driven HR Coordinator to manage the end-to-end administration and operational logistics of our Casual Labor and Outsourced Workforce. In this role, you will act as the key operational bridge between hotel operating departments (F&B, Banqueting, Culinary, Housekeeping, Stewarding) and outsourced labor agencies, ensuring full legal compliance, accurate timekeeping, and seamless staffing coverage across all property operations.

### Responsibilities

- Oversee and streamline all daily requests, deployment, and tracking of casual and outsourced labor across all operational departments.
- Maintain direct daily coordination with third-party labor agencies regarding shift requirements, attendance confirmations, and rate agreements.
- Coordinate daily onboarding, grooming checks, security badge issuance, and basic property inductions for temporary and casual staff.
- Monitor daily timekeeping, biometric punch logs, and timesheet validations, ensuring cross-verification with department head approvals.
- Verify casual labor billing, cross-checking timesheets against supplier invoices to ensure accurate cost allocation and timely submission to Finance.
- Ensure all third-party personnel comply with Qatar Labor Law, hotel health and safety standards, hygiene protocols, and Kempinski grooming guidelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date tracking database of outsourced personnel documentation, including valid Qatar IDs (QID), health certificates, and food handler cards.
### Skills

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within a 5-star luxury hotel or high-volume hospitality environment in the GCC/Qatar.
- Prior experience managing outsourced workforce operations, casual labor logistics, or HR timekeeping/payroll administration is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Qatar Labor Law regulations concerning outsourced and temporary staffing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, data reconciliation) and familiarity with HR Information Systems / time-attendance software.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail.
