In this role, you’ll partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams, and work with Product where needed. You’ll use data to guide market strategy and investment decisions, so that Couriers grows efficiently and delivers value for customers and couriers.

### Responsibilities

- Lead executive-level reporting and insights (e.g., MBRs), turning complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, sizing, and prioritizing high-impact commercial opportunities across pricing and commissions, B2B and merchant partnerships, new markets, and use cases
- Establish and monitor guardrails for unit economics and service quality (Perfect Delivery, incident rate); lead the investigation of revenue drops, anomalies, and fraud
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams on market strategy and business cases, and with Product on experimentation (A/B testing) and roadmap validation where it affects commercial outcomes
- Own data foundations: define the metrics hierarchy, build scalable dashboards and self-serve BI tools, and partner with engineering on data architecture and customer/courier segmentation
### Skills

- 5+ years in data analytics or product analytics
- Strong analytical mindset with a balance between business impact and resource efficiency
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Redash)
- Solid mathematical background, including statistics, optimization, and causal inference
- Experience in analyzing large datasets and designing data marts for product needs
- English: Professional Working Proficiency
- Experience in commercial, pricing, or marketplace analytics is a plus; strong financial modelling skills

- Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs
- Collaborate with teams around the world and gain international experience through our Global Talent Exchange Program
- Engage in company-wide challenges, awards, sports activities, employee-led social impact and volunteering projects
