The role exists to free the SMM manager to focus on shooting and producing new video formats that drive reach, subscribers, and engagement. It is a middle-level production role: beyond strong copywriting, the holder brings a strategic understanding of social-brand building and a feel for how text and visuals work together.

### Responsibilities

- Social media publications managing: text for 20-22 publications per month across Instagram and TikTok — both on-asset text and post captions.
