About the role:

We are seeking a motivated admin resource to join our team on 3rd party roll(contractual). The person owns end-to-end accountability for the Varanasi Office.

### Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Ensure the pantry is clean, hygienic and well-maintained at all times.
- Monitor pantry supplies, maintain stock levels and inform the Admin team about replenishment requirements.
- Ensure crockery, utensils and pantry equipment are cleaned and maintained properly.
- Assist with serving refreshments during meetings, conferences and employee gatherings.
- Assist basic office-related tasks as assigned by the Admin team.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pantry & washroom, cafeteria and designated common areas.
- Follow proper hygiene and food-handling practices.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to employees, visitors and senior management.
- Ensure guests are welcomed and offered refreshments.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- 0 - 02 years experience as Office/Pantry work
- Language proficiency in Hindi.
