- Process and validate account ownership transfers between dealers, partners, and enterprise end-users in accordance with master services agreements.
- Configure, modify, and audit split-billing requests to ensure downstream invoicing accuracy across multi-entity partnerships.
- Execute backend lifecycle commands, including suspensions, cancellations, reactivations, and panel deregistrations across cloud hardware networks.
- Fulfill service-level platform provisioning, such as integrations/activations for Envoy and Central Alarms, as well as Camera Manager subscription deactivations.

- Audit and triage incoming escalations, correctly routing out-of-scope inquiries to appropriate cross-functional teams (e.g., Tier 1 Support, Accounting, Professional Services).
### Skills

- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Account Operations, RevOps, Customer Operations, or SaaS Lifecycle Provisioning either working directly with customers or within a dealer/reseller network.

- Risk & Compliance Orientation: Proven judgment handling sensitive data, business ownership transfers, contract verification, and platform administrative credentials.
- Detail & Accuracy: High precision in tracking records across disparate systems where errors directly impact downstream revenue and physical security access.
### Preferred Qualifications
