This role bridges Marketing and Partnership Development, turning partnership opportunities into compelling narratives, joint go-to-market plans, and co-marketing campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and commercial growth.

In this role, you’ll shape the materials we bring into the room for high-level agency and RMN meetings, create shared resources that help established partnerships generate business, and equip both our internal teams and our partners to sell Big Happy with confidence. You’ll also help define how we approach the broader market, including how we position these relationships and communicate their value publicly.

- Build enablement resources that help internal teams understand our partnerships, communicate their value, and identify opportunities to leverage them with clients.
- Develop partner-facing materials and lead training sessions that educate agency and RMN teams on Big Happy’s capabilities, offerings, and approach to working together.
- Help shape external communications around partnerships, including announcements, website content, thought leadership, and other public-facing marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, and Client Services teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective partnership activation.
- Gather market and partner insights to refine positioning, improve enablement resources, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Establish repeatable processes and frameworks that make partnership marketing more effective and scalable as Big Happy’s partner ecosystem grows.
