As a Room Attendant, you keep the quiet promise every guest feels the moment they open their door — spotless, welcoming, exactly as it should be. You'll uphold Ameswell’s highest cleaning standards across guest rooms and public spaces, working independently with real pride in the details.

### Responsibilities

- Cleans and sanitizes guest rooms and bathrooms to Ameswell’s standards, including fixtures, showers, tubs, and flooring
- Changes linens, remakes beds, and replaces towels and bathroom amenities
- Dusts and polishes furniture and realigns it to the floor plan; vacuums and sweeps flooring
- Cleans interior windows, closets, and door tracks, removing dust and debris
- Empties trash and restocks supplies, carts, and bathrobes as needed
- Performs rotation and deep-cleaning duties as required
- Delivers and retrieves loaned items for guests, and checks and secures rooms\\
- Updates room status on the assignment sheet and restocks the cart at the end of shift
- Reports guest or employee concerns, and any maintenance or repair needs, to the Manager immediately
- Stays familiar with hotel services and local attractions to answer guest questions accurately
- Follows standard operating procedures and maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Performs other duties as assigned
### Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Familiarity with sanitation, cleaning, and safety standards
- Comfortable working independently, staying self-motivated while meeting deadlines and high standards
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Respectful, discreet, and detail-oriented with guests, coworkers, and property
