What We Do:

Operating from our advanced manufacturing facilities in Ireland, we specialise in the design, development, fabrication and delivery of innovative, sustainable and fully integrated offsite prefabricated solutions. Our engineered systems are manufactured in Ireland and deployed throughout the UK and Europe, supporting major commercial, industrial and mission-critical sectors.

Our expertise in offsite manufacturing enables us to improve program certainty, reduce on-site activity, enhance quality and accelerate project delivery, and support the continued growth of digital infrastructure across the UK and Europe.

Role Overview:

Working closely with the Head of Commercial Offsite, Quantity Surveyors (QS), project teams and internal departments, the role will ensure subcontractor information is accurate, compliant and up to date, tender enquiries are issued and tracked efficiently, and all procurement documentation is maintained in a clear and auditable manner. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting effective subcontractor engagement, procurement planning and the timely delivery of offsite modular MEP solutions for mission-critical data centre projects.
