## Description (the employer's text)

### Your day-to-day work

As a Solution Architect (hands-on), you will actively shape the further development of modern, secure, and scalable SaaS products and take on the functional and technical responsibility for key product components. You will work directly on the code, make architectural decisions, and support the development team in implementing high-quality and sustainable solutions.

### Roles & Responsibilities

- Incorporating relevant market and technology trends into product development
- Translating business requirements into concrete, production-ready technical solutions
- End-to-end responsibility for individual product areas, including quality, operations, and further development
- Designing and further developing the solution and component architecture (e.g., multi-tenancy, scaling, resilience)
- Hands-on development of core components of our SaaS products
- Ensuring code quality, test coverage, and technical sustainability
- Supporting the development team with architecture and implementation questions
- Mentoring, pair programming, and code and architecture reviews
- Planning, prioritizing, and managing implementation tasks
### Your profile that convinces us

Technically, you bring:

- Several years of practical experience in software development
- Experience in the architecture and development of SaaS products
- Very good understanding of cloud and SaaS architectures (e.g., multi-tenancy, CI/CD, operations)
- Experience collaborating with development teams on a technical level
- Desirable: Experience with common IAM standards and protocols such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, or SAML
- Experience with NoSQL databases, modern programming languages such as Go, frontend technologies such as Angular or React, and container and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- High standards for code, testing, and architecture
- Understanding of security, data protection, and compliance requirements in the SaaS environment
Personally, you stand out through:

- A strong hands-on and ownership mindset
- Ability to communicate technical topics clearly and comprehensibly
- Clear, structured communication
- Analytical thinking and pragmatic problem-solving
- Independent and structured work style
- German language is a plus

- Team events & get-togethers—whether it’s bowling, laser tag, go-karting, a summer party, or just relaxing in a beer garden: We make a point of taking time to celebrate successes together and strengthen team spirit.
- Healthy & motivated – our in-house gym is available for you to stay fit and clear your head.
- A culture of appreciation meets a modern work environment – you’ll work in an open team where you’re seen and valued, and in an environment that fosters new ideas.
- Training & development – we actively support your personal and professional growth.
- Unwinding together – whether it’s a quick break in the breakout zone, a game of foosball, or our monthly gaming day: shared activities provide a welcome break from the daily grind and strengthen team spirit.
- Flexibility with a focus on teamwork – we allow remote work for up to 12 days a year, providing additional flexibility in your daily work routine. At the same time, we embrace an “office-first” approach, as face-to-face interaction is important to us and we’re convinced that the best results come from working together in person.
