Your Role

We are seeking Enterprise Service Management Consultants (f/m/d) of all experience levels (Junior, Mid-Level, Senior, Architects) and specialties (Developers, Administrators, Business Analysts, Architects, Project Managers) to join our growing team. Whether you’re starting your Atlassian, Freshworks, ServiceNow and/or Servicely journey or are a seasoned expert, we offer opportunities to work on diverse projects, from ITSM and ITOM to custom app development and workflow automation.

Your Mission

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design tailored ESM solutions
Develop, configure, and customize ESM modules (ITSM, CSM, HR, ITAM, etc.) to meet business needs
Lead or support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems
Optimize workflows, automate processes, and enhance user experiences across the platform
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, or project leadership (senior roles)
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for clients and end-users
Stay updated on ESM solution releases, trends, and best practices

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2+ years (Junior), 3–5+ years (Mid), or 5–8+ years (Senior) of ServiceNow experience
Familiarity with core ESM solution functionalities (Incident, Change, Catalog Items, etc.)
Basic to advanced scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
Certifications related to ESM solutions
