### Your mission

- Conceptualize, manage and monitor cloud resources to improve overall performance and maintain efficiency
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, efficient, and automated software delivery.
- Drive our information security practices within engineering to help keep our architecture scalable, safe and compliant
- Explore and champion AI-assisted and agentic workflows across Product, Engineering, and other business functions, identifying opportunities for automation and implementing practical AI-powered workflows.
- Build and maintain observability via Datadog to support other teams
- Mentor other teams on DevOps best practices
### Your skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant professional engineering experience, including substantial hands-on experience with DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering or cloud infrastructure.
- Experience deploying infrastructure via Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience with information security topics and practices, including working with an Information Security Management System (ISMS), security controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling and building AI-assisted, agentic and automated workflows across Product and Engineering.
- German language skills are a nice-to-have, not required
- Experience working with microservices architectures and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tooling, including data pipelines, data warehouses, and reliable data processing workflows, is a nice-to-have.
