- Own and continuously improve the quality strategy for our Data Intelligence team, including AI and GenAI systems
- Design, execute, and maintain manual tests, automated tests, and AI evaluations.
- Work with development and product teams to define test scenarios and measurable AI quality criteria.
- Identify quality risks, analyze defects and root causes, and help prevent recurring issues.
- Become a trusted QA expert and share your knowledge across the delivery unit.
### Your profile

- A degree in computer science, a comparable technical background, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Several years of experience in software QA, test engineering, or a related role.
- Programming experience in Python and C# or another object-oriented language.
- Hands-on experience testing AI and GenAI systems and understanding of non-deterministic AI behavior.
- Practical experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, API testing)
- Interest in financial topics and ability to translate business requirements into effective test scenarios.
- You enjoy sharing your knowledge and contributing to better quality practices.
- Comfortable collaborating directly with engineers and product/domain experts.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve development or QA workflows.
- Strong English skills; German is a plus.
- Experience with complex datasets, MongoDB, or data-intensive systems.
- Experience with non-functional testing
- Experience working in financial services or asset management.
- ISTQB certification or similar QA-related certification.
