You will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our product and AI agent platform
You will analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments, and use these insights to drive innovative product initiatives
You will define platform and product standards to ensure scalability, reusability, and a consistent user experience across all solutions
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Development to translate market requirements into successful product solutions
You’ll identify opportunities for new features, products, and AI-powered use cases and guide them from concept to market launch
You’ll be responsible for creating business cases, market analyses, and decision-making documents for strategic product developments

A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable qualification
Strong technical understanding and practical experience in software development are desirable
Passion for software, AI agents, and low-code/no-code platforms
Experience in an agile project environment with a focus on multi-team Scrum is desirable
Several years of professional experience in one of the following industries: BPM, EAM, or ESM
Extensive expertise in user-centered design
Analytical mindset, strong team orientation, and a hands-on approach with a high degree of initiative
Very good command of German and English
