### Your mission

- You will work with clients to develop robust concepts for process architectures, modelling standards, governance structures and digital process solutions
- Taking on project responsibility, e.g. as a sub-project or lead project manager, and managing content, deadlines, quality and communication
- Advising our clients on the use of GBTEC products
- Supporting the implementation of strategic transformation and optimisation programmes for our clients
- You will work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product Management and Customer Success, to gain a holistic understanding of client needs and develop suitable solutions
### Your profile

- A successfully completed degree with a specialisation in IT and/or business administration
- Several years’ professional experience in consultancy or a similar field
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for business process management
- Proficiency in using process modelling tools and notations such as BPMN 2.0
- Experience with process automation and mining is desirable
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office 365
- A strong customer focus and a confident, persuasive manner
- Willingness to travel occasionally (primarily within the DACH region)
- Very good command of German and English
