You will work with clients to develop robust concepts for process architectures, modelling standards, governance structures and digital process solutions
Taking on project responsibility, e.g. as a sub-project or lead project manager, and managing content, deadlines, quality and communication
Advising our clients on the use of GBTEC products
Supporting the implementation of strategic transformation and optimisation programmes for our clients
You will work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product Management and Customer Success, to gain a holistic understanding of client needs and develop suitable solutions

A successfully completed degree with a specialisation in IT and/or business administration
Several years’ professional experience in consultancy or a similar field
Knowledge and enthusiasm for business process management
Proficiency in using process modelling tools and notations such as BPMN 2.0
Experience with process automation and mining is desirable
In-depth knowledge of MS Office 365
A strong customer focus and a confident, persuasive manner
Willingness to travel occasionally (primarily within the DACH region)
Very good command of German and English
