Active involvement in the further development of development processes and tools, incorporating the latest technological trends
Ensuring product quality through a testing-driven approach (TDD / BDD)
Actively passing on your knowledge within the team and mentoring junior developers
Implementation and consideration of cross-sectional requirements such as IT security, availability and performance
Coordination of interfaces between backend and frontend components and strategic cooperation with our coding architect

Several years of professional experience and very good knowledge of development with Java and Spring
Extensive practical experience with one or more of the following technologies: Spring-Boot, Spring-Cloud, Spring-Security, Spring-Data, , Messaging (RabbitMQ), Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, Maven, Docker
Experience in the development of agentic systems
Expertise in the area of microservices architecture
Knowledge of TDD/BDD, CI/CD, clean code and agile development processes
Very good English and good German skills
Completed university degree in computer science or equivalent
Enthusiasm for new challenges and goal-oriented implementation of solutions
