Your mission

Support daily team organization, task allocation, workload distribution, and employee training.

Support the coordination of RMA, product inspection, and quality control activities to ensure timely and efficient processing.
Follow up on team performance, operational progress, quality standards, and compliance with established processes.
Identify and communicate operational exceptions and recurring quality issues, and support their resolution and follow-up.
Coordinate with relevant departments to support the resolution of cross-functional RMA, product, and quality-related issues.
Provide day-to-day support to team members, facilitate communication, and support continuous process improvements.
Prepare and provide regular updates on operational progress and key issues, and support the department manager in escalating critical issues, risks, and resource requirements.

Your profile

Experience in team management, production supervision, or project coordination.

Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to manage cross-functional issues.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.

Quick learner with the ability to develop strong product knowledge and understand relevant business processes.

Basic people management and team development skills, combined with a strong sense of quality, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Fluent Chinese and sufficient English proficiency to work effectively in an English-speaking business environment.

Engineering background required; experience in electronics, telecommunications, optical communications, quality management, RMA, product testing, or failure analysis is preferred.

Willingness and potential to develop towards a future Team Leader role.
