Leading, training and motivating the team, including training new employees
Staff deployment and vacation planning
Attractive presentation of the Closed collections on the sales floor
Supporting the team in achieving the store's sales targets
Carrying out operational tasks such as checkout procedures, deliveries, inventory and visual merchandising

You have several years of experience in retail, preferably in the textile industry
You have a talent for leading and motivating a team
You work in a structured and organized manner
You always acquire the necessary merchandise knowledge and live the Closed brand
Fluent Dutch and good English skills
