## Description (the employer's text)

### Further Information

We would like to share a bit more detail about our substitute roles and how they are structured:

At BIS, substitute positions operate as a German Mini-Job (currently capped at €603 per month), but on an ad hoc, on-demand basis. This is not a fixed monthly allowance or flat-rate role. Instead, cover is called upon as needed, and you are paid specifically for the days or hours you work.

Because coverage needs vary, we are looking for adaptable and flexible individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy fresh challenges, and love working with children on an occasional basis.

### Your duties

We are looking for substitutes to cover for teachers and teacher assistants in their absence on an hourly or daily ad-hoc basis.

### Why us?

We offer a varied and exciting job with an international spirit, at a modern campus with the best equipment. We promote professional development and training and provide our employees with their own laptops and among other things. We live diversity, and the work-life balance of our employees is important to us. Therefore, we offer excellent working conditions and social benefits.
