Employee Support: Act as the main point of contact for all employees regarding employment-related questions.
External HR Interfaces: Manage correspondence with external, country-specific HR stakeholders and partners.
Data & Systems Management: Maintain and update our HR database and time tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Process Documentation: Document HR processes and account for country-specific requirements and nuances.
Scheduling & Administration: Coordinate and monitor deadlines and prepare employment certificates and other official documents.
Recruiting & Projects: Support recruitment activities and contribute to HR-related projects with a hands-on approach.

Background & Experience: A completed commercial apprenticeship and initial experience in HR or a comparable role—preferably in an international environment.
Digital Confidence: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Teams.
System Familiarity: First-hand experience with HR software tools such as ATOSS or Personio is a plus.
Language Skills: Strong English and German skills, both written and spoken — other additional languages are a plus.
