Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various functions and levels.

Support job posting and management across recruitment platforms.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation and reports.

Support talent pipeline-building initiatives and candidate engagement activities.

Assist with university partnerships and employer branding activities.

Participate in recruitment projects and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Support the team in meeting recruitment requirements and hiring timelines.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
