If being a part of a tight-knit organization that operates in some of the most advanced technology environments around the world sounds like a dream job, NTI might be the right fit for you! With the perks of a large organization, NTI remains true to its roots as a home-grown company with an open door culture that welcomes new ideas and encourages professional growth. We set you on the right path with careful onboarding and thorough training programs that prepare you for success in your role and beyond.

The Managing Director serves as the primary strategic point of contact for an assigned key customer and leads the long-term development of the customer relationship and program. The role builds trusted relationships across the customer’s leadership, construction, engineering, procurement, and planning teams to secure early visibility into its rolling three-year infrastructure forecast and position the company as a preferred partner in decisions about future markets, scope, and capacity allocation.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this leader translates customer demand into a forward-looking account strategy and a coordinated readiness plan. The Managing Director owns the customer program playbook and governance of customer-specific build standards, ensuring markets and delivery teams have current, clear requirements and a consistent framework for program standards and consistent expectations across locations.

The Managing Director partners closely with market and delivery leaders, who lead project execution and manage field resources, project budgets, and P&L performance. Together, they align future customer commitments with delivery capabilities and support consistent application of program standards. The Managing Director governs those standards and escalates gaps through delivery leadership and the Chief Strategy Officer, with delivery leaders responsible for corrective actions. Visibility into program financial performance informs account growth, readiness planning, and strategic decisions.
