About Us

Array Labs builds advanced radar systems to help humanity understand and respond to changes across the physical world.

We're launching a coordinated fleet of radar satellites to create a high-resolution 3D map of the Earth, updated in real time, enabling faster, smarter decision-making for government and commercial organizations supporting disaster response, infrastructure resilience, and mission-critical geopolitical intelligence.

We design and build our satellites end-to-end, producing the world's most advanced earth observation satellites. Our fleet will deliver unprecedented levels of accuracy, coverage, and responsiveness to power critical insights precisely where they're needed most.

About the Job

As Senior Product Engineer, you will build the software that customers use to interact with Array’s data and services, including web products, customer-facing APIs, and AI-enabled workflows. You will work across the full software stack, and alongside product management, designers, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own customer-facing applications, from prototype to production
  • Design, build, and maintain APIs that allow customers to interact with our satellites and derived products
  • Identify where AI can improve customer workflows, and build it into the product
  • Architect systems that keep customer data secure and properly isolated, for both commercial and government partners
  • Collaborate with product managers, design, engineering, and directly with customers to understand what to build and why
  • Set frontend architecture and engineering standards for the software team

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field with 3+ years building and shipping customer-facing software products
  • Deep knowledge of frontend languages and frameworks (e.g. TypeScript, React) and strong backend fundamentals (Python preferred)
  • Experience designing and versioning customer-facing APIs
  • Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and data isolation in multi-tenant applications
  • Enthusiasm for product design excellence, with the ability to make high-quality UI/UX decisions in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience with 3D and geospatial data, especially relevant frontend tools (Cesium, Unreal Engine, Three.js, Mapbox, etc.)
  • Knowledge of digital signal processing, radar algorithms, computer vision, and/or space systems
  • Familiarity with agentic workflows, self-hosted AI models, and AI engineering best practices
  • Full stack experience at an early-stage robotics, autonomy, or aerospace startup

Compensation & Benefits

Our hiring and compensation strategy is simple: We offer competitive salaries and meaningful equity. We want everyone here to have real ownership in what we're building.

Full-time employees also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including the following:
