The Opportunity
We’re looking for a North America Field Marketer to lead the planning and execution of integrated field marketing programs that support sales priorities, account engagement, pipeline, and customer growth.
This role will own a portfolio of programs, including executive events, partner activations, webinars, tradeshows, and customer engagements, from strategy and initial brief through planning, execution, follow-up, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on marketer who can translate business and account priorities into effective regional programs, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver measurable results.
Reporting to the Sr. Field Marketing Manager, this is a remote position with occasional travel for onsite event support and in-person meetings as needed.
What you’ll do
- Lead North America field marketing programs: Develop and execute regional plans aligned to business priorities, Sales objectives, target accounts, partner opportunities, and customer growth goals.
- Own program strategy and execution: Manage a portfolio of executive events, webinars, trade shows, partner activations, and customer programs from initial brief through planning, execution, follow-up, and performance reporting.
- Drive account and Sales alignment: Partner with Sales and Business Development to identify priority accounts, define audiences, and build engagement plans that support pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, expansion, and customer relationships.
- Coordinate stakeholders: Partner with Sales, executives, cross-functional marketing teams, and external agencies to support strategic partners, coordinate joint programs, and deliver high-quality regional activations.
- Lead program operations and investment: Manage vendors, venues, registration, attendee tracking, lead capture, timelines, purchase orders, and budgets within established guidelines.
- Use marketing and Sales technology: Leverage Salesforce, Marketo, Knak, Outreach, and related tools to improve targeting, program effectiveness, and follow-up.
- Measure and optimize performance: Track registration, attendance, engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, and other program outcomes; share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Improve field marketing execution: Build repeatable processes, proactively identify opportunities to improve program quality, and raise the consistency of stakeholder communication and follow-up.
