Our heritage is built upon a century of combined expertise, where creativity meets technology, and diverse perspectives ignite inspiration. With the merger of VMLY&R and Wunderman Thompson, we have forged a new path as a growth partner that is part creative agency, part consultancy, and part technology powerhouse.

Our expertise spans the entire customer journey, building connected brands that drive growth for our clients. We do this through our three core practices: Brand Experience, Customer Experience and Commerce.

The Role

We're looking for a Mid-Level Creative with a strong background in high-end luxury fashion and editorial, someone who is genuinely immersed in that world and understands the brands, creative standards and cultural influences that shape it.

This isn't a generalist creative role. We're looking for someone whose experience is deeply rooted in luxury fashion, whether that's through working with leading fashion houses, luxury brands, fashion publications or creative agencies specialising in this space.

You'll have a strong understanding of fashion imagery, editorial storytelling, art direction and the visual language of luxury. You'll know how to create work that feels considered, culturally relevant and true to the brands you're working with.

Social is an important part of the role, so you'll also understand how luxury and fashion brands show up across digital and social platforms, bringing ideas that feel contemporary while maintaining the level of creative craft and sophistication expected within this world.

You'll work closely with creative, strategy, design and production teams to develop ideas and campaigns for a high-profile client account, contributing across social content, campaigns and wider creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Thinking & Concept Development

Develop strong, original creative ideas rooted in luxury fashion, editorial and contemporary culture.

Translate creative briefs and strategic insights into compelling concepts and campaigns.

Bring a considered creative perspective to brainstorms, drawing on your understanding of fashion, art, photography, design and culture.

Develop ideas that feel authentic to luxury audiences and the brands they engage with.

Luxury Fashion & Editorial Creative

Create work that reflects the visual standards and storytelling associated with high-end fashion and luxury brands.

Bring a strong understanding of fashion imagery, editorial layouts, art direction, typography and visual storytelling.

Draw inspiration from fashion campaigns, luxury publications, photography, art and contemporary culture.

Understand the nuances of luxury brand identities and how to maintain their positioning across different creative executions.
