3818 - Manager, Ad Ops, Global Client Solutions

Role Summary and Impact

Rolex and Tudor are prestigious global watch brands with distinct identities, shared values of quality and craftsmanship, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence. As WPP Media clients, they require highly coordinated, brand-safe and culturally relevant media delivery across international markets, supported by consistent global standards, strong local-market collaboration and meticulous attention to detail at every stage of campaign execution.

The account is organised around an integrated central client leadership team and specialist Ad Operations model. The central team, led by the Client Lead/Business Director is made up of a dedicated Ad Operations team - comprising an AdOps Director, x2 Managers and x2 Executives aligned to key regions - providing display campaign delivery, quality assurance and issue resolution.

The Ad Operations Manager leads the accurate, timely and compliant delivery of digital advertising campaigns for Rolex across global, regional and local markets. Working within the WPP Media global account team, the role connects media planning, activation, creative, analytics, technology partners and local agencies to ensure every campaign is executed to the exceptional standards expected of one of the world’s leading luxury brands.

Working alongside the other Ad Operations Manager they will directly manage and develop the AdOps Executives, setting clear priorities, allocating campaign workloads across regions and ensuring the team has the guidance, resources and support required to deliver consistently high-quality work. The role will provide day-to-day coaching, oversee quality and adherence to agreed processes, conduct regular performance and development conversations, and create an inclusive, accountable team culture. It will also act as the first point of escalation for delivery challenges, helping the Executives resolve issues efficiently while building their technical capability, confidence and ownership.

The Ad Operations Manager position is currently vacant because the existing postholder is transitioning to another role within WPP Media. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with meticulous attention to detail, clear stakeholder communication and disciplined process management. They will protect brand integrity, strengthen operational consistency across markets and help create a seamless global campaign delivery model.
