  • Identify campaign trends, efficiencies, and opportunities to improve performance or expand investment.
  • Apply knowledge of DSPs, verification partners, data providers, and retail media platforms to campaign strategy.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate tagging, tracking, reporting, and campaign measurement.
  • Act as an escalation point for account, client, and campaign-related issues.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and development to Senior Associate and Associate-level team members.
  • Delegate work effectively, balance team priorities, and maintain clear accountability across deliverables.
  • Support the development of programmatic and consumer packaged goods best practices as the team and practice continue to grow.
  • Educate clients and agency partners on programmatic capabilities, emerging opportunities, and relevant marketplace developments.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships through new channels, audiences, data solutions, and test-and-learn initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in programmatic media, digital advertising, account services, or a related discipline.
  • Programmatic agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience managing day-to-day client relationships, presenting recommendations, and leading status meetings.
  • Working knowledge of one or more DSPs, such as The Trade Desk, DV360, or Amazon DSP.
  • Understanding of programmatic campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and measurement.
  • Familiarity with CM360 tagging and tracking processes.
  • Exposure to verification partners such as DoubleVerify or Integral Ad Science.
  • Understanding of audience data providers and how data can be applied to media buying and targeting strategies.
  • Retail media or commerce experience, including exposure to platforms such as Amazon or Walmart, is a plus.
  • Experience training, mentoring, or providing day-to-day guidance to junior team members.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, accounts, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to interpret campaign reports and performance data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex programmatic concepts for different audiences.
