The VP, Infrastructure and Operations leads Trace3’s Infrastructure and Operations practice and partners closely with business units, account teams, consulting teams, delivery teams, and technology partners to build, launch, and scale this new practice. This role spearheads the development and advancement of infrastructure offerings across networking, cloud, hybrid cloud, observability, infrastructure operations, AI Operations, managed services, resilience, and platform modernization. The VP, Infrastructure and Operations oversees the structure and deployment of presales consulting resources and supports client-facing activities such as assessments, requirements gathering, proof-of-concept efforts, technical workshops, operational roadmaps, and successful handoffs to engagement delivery teams. This role analyzes client environments, understands each client’s business and technology landscape, defines requirements, and delivers innovative infrastructure strategies that improve availability, performance, scalability, operational efficiency, and business resiliency. The role is accountable for attaining the Infrastructure and Operations practice’s financial goals and driving year-over-year revenue and gross profit growth through disciplined planning, forecasting, pipeline development, partner alignment, and execution.
