Requirements: ### Qualifications & Experience NCV Level 4 in Transport and Logistics ### The skills we need - Computer Literacy - Strong Attention to Detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Data interpretation and presentation. - Understanding of socioeconomic and public policy issues. - Private Security Sector/SAPS/Armed Forces experience ### Attributes required - Collaborative - Creative Energy - Hands on - Have an opinion and voice it - Strong communication skills - Strong problem solving skills ### Key responsibilities - Support the development, review, and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation in different Warehouse functions. - Contribute in day to day warehouse operations in INBOUND,INVENTORY,OUTBOUND,DISPATCH,PLANNING. - Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to DC operations - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and Health & Safety. - Monitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions. - Participate in problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and supporting implementation.
