The Role
We're looking for a Website Marketing Manager to lead three core areas of our Web Marketing team: our AI-powered chatbot experience, our go-to-market campaign program, and team operations. You'll own chatbot and GTM campaign strategy for the website, testing roadmaps, technical execution, and performance KPIs, while also leading the team's operational cadence — keeping priorities clear, projects on track, and stakeholders aligned. Working closely with Paid Media, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Design, you'll drive results across your programs and help the team execute effectively.
This role sits at the intersection of AI-driven customer experience and fast-moving campaign execution, and is a strong fit for someone who wants real ownership over an emerging surface rather than incremental production work.
Responsibilities
AI Chatbot Experience
- Own the day-to-day quality and performance of our AI chatbot experience, including auditing live conversations and maintaining/improving its underlying configuration.
- Run an ongoing testing program covering chat placement, proactive messaging, page-specific behavior, and overall conversational tone and flow.
- Partner with Product and Support to ensure the chatbot experience reflects accurate, up-to-date information and continuously improves conversion and user satisfaction.
GTM Campaigns
- Own strategy, build, and optimization for go-to-market campaigns tied to major feature and add-on launches, as well as site-wide marketing moments (e.g., seasonal campaigns, awareness days).
- Lead the launch and maintenance of a new website changelog, and own the in-product "What's New" experience, ensuring customers are consistently informed of new features and capabilities.
- Drive in-product promotion of new features and add-ons to existing customers, with a direct focus on improving add-on attach rate.
- Execute campaign-driven updates to core pages (e.g., pricing, feature pages) as part of a launch, in coordination with the Core Website Testing owner when an active test is running on that page.
- Keep the website current and accurate as new features ship — new pages, feature/add-on landing pages, and related updates.
Production, Build & Engineering Collaboration
- Convert conceptual designs and strategic requirements into fully functional, responsive web pages using our CMS (Builder.io), leaning on AI-assisted build tools and reusable design system components to build efficiently rather than through manual, net-new builds.
- Draft detailed engineering requirement documents and conduct thorough reviews for larger builds or custom functionality, partnering with Engineering to keep more complex work in their hands rather than in bespoke CMS code.
- Identify opportunities to shift build and production work toward Engineering and AI-assisted workflows over time, in service of a leaner, more maintainable site.
- Support ongoing design system cleanup and consolidation to reduce duplicative components and make reuse-over-net-new builds practical across the team.
Team Operations
- Own the operational cadence for the Web Marketing team — leading sprint planning, managing project boards (Notion), sending meeting invites, and proactively coordinating with Engineering and Design partners to keep priorities clear and work moving.
