Scopely is looking for a Senior 2D Marketing Artist to join our MONOPOLY GO! team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

MONOPOLY GO! is a global phenomenon and the biggest mobile game launch in history, captivating millions of players worldwide. The team is based in Europe and the US and works daily to create captivating new experiences for our players.

In this role, you’ll use illustration, composition, typography and design to connect MONOPOLY GO! with players across marketing and community channels. You’ll bring ideas from concept to final delivery, combining strong craft with rapid iteration and repeatable AI-assisted workflows that improve quality, consistency and efficiency.

What You Will Do

Deliver high-quality 2D concepts and production art that reflect MONOPOLY GO!’s established style across social posts, Discord content, email headers, push assets, challenges, infographics and event communications
Adapt existing art, including characters, stickers, pop-ups and backgrounds, into multiple formats while maintaining strong composition, visual hierarchy and readability
Develop, document and share repeatable workflows using templates, AI-assisted processes and practical automation, evaluating emerging tools against real production needs
Research and apply visual references to develop ideas for ambiguous or open-ended briefs and identify opportunities to improve the 2D production pipeline
Create original lettering and logos for campaigns, events and community initiatives
Own work from brief to final delivery by clarifying requirements, estimating scope, managing priorities and flagging risks early
Give clear, specific and actionable feedback to internal and outsourced artists, using references or annotations to maintain the expected style and quality
Partner with Art Production, Producers, Marketing and other teams to align briefs, priorities and deadlines, ensuring creative work supports campaign goals and business objectives

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of experience as a 2D or concept artist in games or games marketing, including 2+ years in a senior-level capacity
Experience developing and applying repeatable AI-assisted workflows in production, with the judgment to evaluate where they improve quality, consistency or efficiency
A track record of delivering high-quality 2D work on schedule while collaborating with Design, Engineering and outsourcing partners
Advanced illustration and concept development skills, with a strong command of composition, form, color, typography and visual storytelling
Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and the ability to research, synthesize and apply visual references to develop compelling creative ideas
Experience designing logos and lettering for campaigns, events and player-facing initiatives, maintaining a consistent visual identity across channels
Ability to communicate clearly with non-art stakeholders, clarify or challenge unclear briefs, negotiate priorities, and give and apply constructive feedback

Bonus Points

Experience working within the brand guidelines and approval processes of an externally licensed IP
Experience helping outsourcing partners meet established quality standards
Strong 3D modeling skills in Maya, Blender or equivalent tools to support AI-assisted concept-to-3D workflows
Experience in a creative studio, production company or advertising environment
