The Trading Operations team is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant trade execution across all supported asset classes while protecting customers and the firm. The team partners closely with Engineering, Compliance, Customer Experience, and external market centers to maintain system stability and trading integrity during all market sessions. Robinhood has now introduced 24/7 trading and this hire will help support this new function. As a Trading Specialist, you will monitor live trading activity across overnight, extended hours, and regular market sessions while supporting the health of Robinhood’s trading infrastructure. You’ll investigate and resolve trading issues, coordinate responses to system or venue disruptions, and communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
