Red Ventures Growth & Transformation empowers partners through a unique blend of high-scale proprietary distribution, data models, AI-enabled applications, and strategic client partnerships. We help our clients unlock significant and sustainable growth across the home services and financial services ecosystems, ranging from telecommunications and deregulated energy to credit cards and deposits. As a Red Ventures company, we have more than 20 years of experience building strategic, long-standing relationships with some of the world’s most powerful brands across industries like financial services, retail, real estate, and entertainment.

We believe the next phase of advantage will come from integrated operating systems that connect decisioning, execution, intelligence, and governance into a shared foundation that improves over time. RVGT is investing in that future through our Growth Operating System, a set of reusable workflows, agents, context layers, and governance mechanisms designed to help our teams and our partners drive growth more efficiently, more intelligently, and at greater scale.

As a Tech Lead Manager, you will lead a team of engineers and build alongside them, delivering the platforms, data pipelines, and AI-enabled applications behind a client's customer acquisition and digital operations. You will split your time between hands-on engineering and people leadership. You will be in the code on agentic work, applying first-principles thinking to how agentic systems are designed, built, and verified, and bringing domain experience in digital acquisition and conversion experiences, such as site hosting, checkout and application flows, partner integrations, and experimentation, while also growing your team and partnering cross-functionally.

What You’ll Do

Systems & Agentic Delivery

  • Design, build, and operate marketing-focused acquisition systems on React, Next.js, Go, and AWS, with infrastructure in Terraform.
  • Build agentic workflows and AI-native features end to end, using coding agents as your default workflow.
  • Break large problems into sequenced specs with interfaces, constraints, and test strategy, and review agent-generated plans for what they miss.
  • Build the delivery path (CI/CD, automated tests and evals, telemetry) and keep specs and decision records current so agents need less steering.
  • Write security, privacy, consent, and accessibility requirements into specs, and design for partner SLAs and audit.

Technical Leadership

  • Lead technical execution for your team and influence architecture decisions across the team.
  • Lead the adoption of an agentic workflow: how to plan, verify, and ship with agents.
  • Partner with product, data, and operations to turn priorities into scoped work with a clear success metric and baseline.
  • Plan and prioritize team delivery, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and trade-offs.
  • Join partner working sessions as the technical voice, including deployments and incidents, and present results in business terms.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 1+ years leading engineers as a manager, tech lead, or mentorship experience.
  • Strong, current hands-on skills with React, Next.js, Go, and AWS, with infrastructure in Terraform.
  • Domain experience building digital acquisition and conversion experiences, such as site hosting, checkout and application flows, partner integrations, and experimentation.
  • Experience building agentic systems, with eval sets and guardrails running in CI. Coding agents are your default workflow, and you teach it.
  • Working knowledge of cloud and data platform security: IAM and secrets, API auth (OAuth/OIDC), and pipelines carrying identity, attribution, and consent signals.
