At Qualtrics, we create software the world’s best brands use to deliver exceptional frontline experiences, build high-performing teams, and design products people love. But we are more than a platform—we are the creators and stewards of the Experience Management category serving over 18K clients globally. Building a category takes grit, determination, and a disdain for convention—but most of all it requires close-knit, high-functioning teams with an unwavering dedication to serving our customers.

When you join one of our teams, you’ll be part of a nimble group that’s empowered to set aggressive goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved together, by passing the mic and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities—ready or not, they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.

Assistant Producer, Brand & Content

Why We Have This Role

At Qualtrics, great stories help people connect with our brand, our tech, and the humans behind our customer experiences. We’re looking for an Assistant Producer who has natural storytelling instincts, loves digging into research, and wants to learn the ins and outs of brand producing from the ground up.

If you just wrapped up a degree in Broadcast, Journalism, or Media and want to put your reporting and writing chops to work in a fast-paced creative environment, this role is built for you. Instead of spending your day behind a camera lens or buried inside an editing timeline, you’ll focus on the heart of the narrative: researching guests, setting up shoots, drafting interview questions that get past corporate speak, and serving as a key right hand to our Brand and Content leadership.

How You’ll Find Success

A Reporter’s Instinct for a Good Story: You just know when an angle works. You can listen to someone talk for 10 minutes, cut through the fluff, and spot the compelling human hook that makes people stop scrolling and pay attention.

Curiosity & Interview Smarts: You love digging into a topic, learning what makes a subject tick, and writing fresh, conversational interview questions that draw out memorable, authentic soundbites.

Poise Around Team Leaders: You’re confident jumping into conversations, sharing your point of view, and working side-by-side with senior leaders on the Brand & Content team. You stay one step ahead, anticipating what needs to get done next.

Video Production Fluency: You speak the language of video. While you won't be trapped behind a camera or an edit bay, you already understand how shoots run from pre-pro to post, making it easy for you to coordinate with videographers, freelance crews, and editors.

Scrappy, Get-It-Done Energy: Production moves fast and plans change. You stay organized, keep your cool when schedules shift, and take pride in coordinating shoot logistics, prepping guests, and keeping projects on track.

How You’ll Grow

Learn Directly from Creative Leaders: Work hand-in-hand every day with senior directors and strategists, getting a front-row seat to how enterprise creative campaigns and brand strategies are built.

Master High-Stakes Storytelling: Build your portfolio by turning complex business and human topics into engaging video packages, mini-docs, and social-first narratives.

On-Camera & Hosting Opportunities: If you have an interest or background in front of the lens, we love putting talented storytellers on camera for social segments, event coverage, and internal features.

Cross-Media Versatility: Sharpen your voice across video, audio, social media hooks, and written editorial content.

Things You’ll Do

Set Up & Build Interviews: Research internal leaders, customers, and industry experts; coordinate interview schedules and logistics; and write tailored interview guides designed to get authentic, unscripted answers.
