THE ROLE
Everpure’s PEAK organization helps employees, customers, and partners build the knowledge, skills, and services needed to succeed with Everpure solutions. Partner Services enables partners to build and scale partner-branded, partner-delivered services around Everpure solutions, supporting partner growth and customer outcomes.
We are seeking a Director, Partner Services Product Management to shape the program’s product direction and turn partner, field, and business needs into an integrated roadmap, operating experience, and scalable set of capabilities. This role is the product-management and cross-functional execution counterpart to the global Partner Services strategy and program leadership. It will work closely with regional teams, specialization leaders, and corporate partners while keeping global program design distinct from regional partner execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define the Partner Services portfolio strategy and product roadmap, translating business priorities and partner needs into a clear sequence of investments and outcomes.
- Lead and/or collaborate on the discovery and requirements gathering with partners, field teams, customers, and internal stakeholders. Synthesize findings into prioritized opportunities, product requirements, and decision recommendations.
- Translate Everpure product and platform capabilities into partner-delivered services offers that meet market needs and support customer outcomes.
- Own the product lifecycle for new services and specializations, establishing launch criteria, readiness requirements, adoption plans, and ongoing lifecycle plans.
- Develop pricing, discount, incentive, renewal, and profitability models with Finance, Monetization, GPO, Renewals, and other stakeholders. Document assumptions and bring evidence-based options forward for decisions.
- Align Partner Services portfolio priorities with product launches, NPI, NSI, and go-to-market priorities. Coordinate requirements, timelines, enablement, and readiness across relevant teams.
- Build executive-ready business cases and investment recommendations that explain expected value, costs, risks, dependencies, and measures of success.
- Define portfolio metrics and regular operating reviews to assess adoption, partner and customer experience, service quality, operational performance, and business outcomes. Use findings to adjust priorities and investment.
- Partner with regional teams to convert portfolio strategy into priority-partner growth plans, while maintaining clear global standards and room for theater-specific execution.
- Communicate roadmap decisions, dependencies, risks, and progress to executives and cross-functional partners. Build alignment and accountability without relying on formal authority.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 15+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Significant experience in product management, program management, or product-led transformation in a technology, services, or partner ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to own a roadmap and move complex initiatives from customer or business discovery through launch, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
- Experience translating diverse stakeholder input into clear product requirements, priorities, and business decisions.
- Familiarity with channel programs, partner services, managed services, technical support, or services enablement is strongly valued.
- Experience with cross-functional systems, data, automation, and process improvements that make programs easier to operate and scale.
